The Bucking Stock Sale Management acts only as an Agent. All responsibilities and guarantees are between Buyer and Seller.

All livestock is sold as is. Riding Horses are available for inspection on Wednesday, December 5th from 3pm to 5 pm at Horseman's Park. Sellers or an authorized representative are required to be present during this time.

BUYERS - Attention Canadian Buyers - We will accept Canadian checks only if the check is payable in U.S. funds.

Bad Checks - A fee of $50 will be charged for any bad check. A fee of $50 will be charged for any bad check. All future purchases by the buyer will be by cash, cashiers check or money order only.

All buyer’s must pay for ALL stock purchased under their bidder number. Absolutely NO items will be transferred to another number when paying.

Buyers pay $6.00 per head per day for feed for stock beginning Sunday, December 9, 2012. Prepayment is required at settlement.

Immediately after the Livestock is sold, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the Buyer thereof, but possession of the Livestock cannot be obtained until payment in full has been made to the Cashier. Load Out occurs in daylight hours only, starting on Sunday, December 9, 2012.

SELLERS - All checks to pay out sale proceeds to the seller will only be issued to the name(s) listed in the catalog - No split or revised names will be made on checks.

Sellers will be charged a processing and promotional fee of $150 per consigned animal.

Sellers checks will be mailed by Friday, December 14th. For Canadian sellers electronic payment is available if requested and if banking information is provided timely with your consignment form.

Buyers and Spectators are cautioned to be careful while on the premises and particularly while livestock is being bucked in the arena. The Management cannot be responsible for any accidents.

If an original livestock consignment is replaced by different livestock, a $75 per head change fee will be charged to the seller. Absolutely NO changes can be made to the consigned livestock beginning two weeks prior to the final day of livestock check in. All sellers are responsible for buying back your own livestock. The auction does NOT protect the selling price of your livestock. All livestock is sold to the highest registered bidder.

Health requirements as of 5-1-12 – subject to change - All livestock must have the following health paperwork when it is checked in:

Horses:
Negative EIA (Coggins test) within 6 months of sale
Health Certificate within 30 days of sale
Ownership Papers
A blanket health certificate that will have an entry permit number for entry into the state.

Bulls:
Annual tuberculosis and brucellosis test.
Individual trichomoniasis test within 60 days of sale
Health Certificate within 30 days of sale
Individual identification on the health papers.
Fax of the trichomoniasis results with the health certificate.
A blanket health certificate that will have an entry permit number for entry into the state.
